HN integration for Claude Desktop is fine but underwhelming in practice. Never found myself actually using it. Would be more compelling with keyword search or score filtering. Feels like a demo more than a workflow tool.

Great for staying on top of tech trends without context-switching. The Hacker News integration is clean and the search is fast. I use it daily in my product research workflow. Not a 5 because duplicate filtering could be smarter, and I'd love RSS export capability. Otherwise exactly what it claims to be.
