60+ spatial methods including deconvolution and cell annotation. This is genuinely useful for transcriptomics work. Nothing else I've found is this complete.

60+ spatial transcriptomics methods in one MCP is genuinely impressive. Cell annotation and deconvolution workflows are the hard part and it covers both. Python backend is right for this domain.

Spatial transcriptomics is fascinating from a biotech perspective. Really specialized domain though - not everyone's gonna touch this. Cool for researchers, but the skill itself feels like it needs more context about what problems it solves.
